Team Ay Caliente races in the San Francisco Bay...known to be one of the finest sailing grounds in the world. We are members of the Richmond Yacht Club. The RYC motto reads "This Club Was Built for Fun" and on Ay Caliente we've adopted the motto "This Boat Was Built for Fun". Team Ay Caliente promotes fun, safety and excitement in sailboat racing....year round! Team Ay Caliente won the 2010 YRA PHRO3 Season Championship!
Ay Caliente and her crew took a cruise out to the Farallone Islands 7/2012 in part for a memorial of the crew from Low Speed Chase. My brother Ron came along as guest crew...fun times! See the video here.

Ay Caliente raced in the Offshore Yacht Racing Assocation PHRO 3 Div. and won the season. This was our first full racing season offshore...so a huge thanks to the crew for making this season so much fun and successful! AC has always been truly a team effort...great job guys!
